With only 5 part time employees, the Co-op operates using volunteer power. Each year, an average of 200 individuals donate their time towards the daily operation of the Co-op. Our biggest need is pantry volunteers -- come help sort, pack and serve our community in the pantry area. No experience required!
Areas of service include:
Client Interviewer (additional training required)
Office and Administrative
Food Donation Pick Up and Delivery
Prior to serving, ALL volunteers must attend Volunteer Orientation.
Volunteer Orientation is offered monthly at the following times:
2nd Monday at 6:00 pm
2nd Wednesday at 11:00 am
Court Ordered Community Service Opportunities are available.
The Co-op does not accept all charges/offenders.
You must be pre-approved to serve, PRIOR to attending volunteer orientation.
Individuals seeking preemptive service hours prior to a court date must follow the same protocol as those seeking court ordered hours.
